As a Procurement Manager with Dixon Projects, Ben negotiates with vendors to acquire materials for Dixon’s major and minor renovations as well as project management jobs. He works closely with the design and project management teams to coordinate required items to deliver finished projects on time and under budget. Ben has been a major contributor in streamlining the project pricing process, improving how orders are managed and tracked, and expediting job invoicing.

Ben developed his expertise in previous positions, including his role as Lead Loan Officer and Fraud Resolution at Post University and as Mortgage Closer at ISGN Technologies. In these positions, Ben refined his communication and relationship-building skills which are a huge factor in his current success. Since joining the Dixon team, Ben has also been able to refine his multi-tasking and negotiation skills through daily direct communication with internal team members and external contractors across numerous projects. “These traits are paramount in procurement as there are always multiple irons in the fire while projects progress through their various life cycles.”
Ben earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
