BRENDAN WILTON | Project Manager

Brendan is a Project Manager with Dixon Projects. In this role, Brendan works to efficiently facilitate the design, approval and construction management of various high-end renovation and restoration projects. Through the careful coordination of designers, architects, engineers, contractors and other construction professionals, Brendan achieves the ultimate Dixon Projects goal of bringing projects in on time, on budget and of the highest quality.

During Brendan’s tenure, he has successfully navigated multiple high-end projects through various city and historical agencies to successfully initiate numerous construction jobs with Dixon. Brendan developed his expertise from working for several consulting, engineering and construction management firms while simultaneously pursuing his engineering degree.

Brendan received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Here Brendan earned the award for Best Senior Design Project in Civil/Environmental/Ocean Engineering for the green infrastructure strategy he and his team developed for Rockland County, New York. Brendan comes from a lineage of New York City construction workers who taught him a great appreciation for the many historical and classical buildings that make up the city scape.

In his spare time Brendan enjoys swimming, playing video games, hiking and fishing.
