BRIAN FRATTO | Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager with Dixon Projects, Brian works with in-house project managers to ensure construction is completed to the highest standard while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

During his tenure, Brian has collaborated with multiple teams across varying departments to successfully develop and implement construction plans for properties throughout New York City and the Hudson County area. He is responsible for managing operational costs by identifying job specific risks and working with contractors to optimize project deadlines.

Prior to joining the Dixon Projects team, Brian developed his expertise while working in the commercial HVAC industry, creating solutions for equipment installation, maintenance and repair in New York City. Working closely with building engineers and facility managers to understand customer needs has helped Brian develop the skills necessary to determine optimal solutions for clients. Brian also gained project management experience during his time with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. There, he organized objective schedules and deadlines for international programs within Foreign Military Sales, and assisted in developing statement of work documents for multiple government contracts.

Graduating with high honors, Brian received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Additionally, Brian was a member of the track and field team at Stevens where he set school records in both individual and relay events. In his spare time, Brian enjoys cooking, going to the gym and attending concerts.
