As a Senior Business Analyst, Cain assesses prospective property values to guide purchase decisions for the US Masters Residential Fund. Cain conducts his assessments through online data collection and active fieldwork. During Cain’s tenure, he has successfully contributed to the development of several client advisory projects in addition to assessing a wide variety of properties from Jersey City to Brooklyn.

Cain developed his expertise as an Executive Director for Dragon Eye Properties. During this experience, he managed eight residential development projects and arranged funding for the company.
Cain received his Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology. He currently holds certificates in Property Development and Financial Feasibilities through the Urban Development Institute of Australia. In his spare time, Cain enjoys sports and travel.
