Cobby aids in recruitment and hiring processes, provides administrative support for employee healthcare and 401k benefits, continuously bolsters the culture of the company and more. “I’ve always known I wanted to work with people – I feel very lucky to do so at a company that’s run with heart. The feeling you get when you are able to turn someone’s negative day around to something positive; that is the feeling that makes me love what I do.”

Cobby developed her expertise from working in the customer service industry for the past 14 years. Starbucks played the biggest role in polishing her attentiveness, conflict resolution, attention to detail and ability to remain calm under extreme pressure.
