CEO, Dixon Projects
As CEO of Dixon Projects, Daniel is responsible for managing the rehabilitation of the Fund’s properties that require construction work. Dan has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in Australia and the USA, with the last 10 years spent in New York working Structure Tone, one of New York’s largest builders. He is also the owner and managing agent for a multi-unit apartment building in a historic district of Brooklyn and has overseen a major rehabilitation of the property.
Over the past 10 years, Daniel has managed more than $500 million of construction work in New York City. He was responsible for major projects including the fit-out of the Goldman Sachs building at 200 West Street, First Republic Bank at 79th St & Lexington Ave, the Presidential Suite at the Waldorf Astoria and more than 700 hotel suites at the Hilton NY. Prior to leaving Australia in 2002, he worked as an assistant project manager on major projects including the National Wine Centre in Adelaide and the Art Gallery of NSW Asian Gallery extension in Sydney.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics with honors from the University of Canberra.
