Daniel Giancaspro is a Field Service Manager with Dixon Advisory. In this role, Daniel manages the contractors who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance and repair, to ensure Dixon’s high standards are met. Daniel guarantees all Dixon tenants are fully satisfied by ensuring repairs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Daniel developed his expertise from working at Dream Homes & Development Corporation and Rotella Contractors. Here he gained experience working on residential construction sites on a wide variety of tasks including, electrical work, plumbing, and framing houses affected by hurricane Sandy. Daniel also managed the entire Panera Bread contract for Magna Industries, where he directly processed orders, arranged shipments, and resolved customer service issues.
Daniel pursued an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking, maintaining his own car, as well as expanding his personal vinyl collection.
