As the Associate Director of Dixon Projects, Elizabeth manages the construction of residential properties throughout Hudson County and the boroughs of NYC. She coordinates directly with contractors and consultants to meet project schedules and budgets. Once a project is complete, Elizabeth works with the Property Management team to address any items that may arise during the first few months of a tenant’s stay.
Elizabeth’s biggest project thus far was a 4,200 square-foot property including a salt water pool, sauna and steam room, and two roof terraces. “I enjoy transforming a property from an unlivable space, to a vibrant and luxurious house our tenants can call home.”
Elizabeth’s experience stems from working at various companies, including Tishman Construction, Falcon Engineering, Stantec Consulting and Granite Construction.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She has also earned the Emerging Leader Award and Distinguished Leader Award for her leadership roles in various campus organizations. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys exploring the city, traveling to new destinations and baking.
