As Assistant Financial Controller with Dixon Projects, Jes oversees the operation of the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, prepares financial statements, performs budget analyses and liaises with Project Managers to continuously improve Dixon Projects’ financial procedures.

Prior to her role at Dixon Advisory USA, Jes began developing her expertise through an internship at Crystal Springs Resorts where she worked directly alongside the CFO. During this time, Jes analyzed cash flow statements, reconciled tax forms, and prepared spreadsheets for financial analysis to assist internal and external stakeholders. This experience allowed Jes to strengthen her financial, communication and problem-solving skills making her transition to Dixon a seamless one.
Jes received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University (MSU) and is currently in the process of obtaining her CPA license. While in university, Jes earned the New Jersey Society of CPAs Scholarship for being one of the top 15 students in the Accounting Program at MSU. Outside of work, Jes enjoys spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants or places around New York City.
