JOE MCCUE | Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager, Joe is responsible for strategically sourcing finished products for renovated properties. Given that the entire procurement process is handled internally, Joe is able to focus on analyzing pricing and maintaining supplier relationships to create value and drive cost savings for both investors and clients alike.

Before joining Dixon Projects, Joe worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Global Finance and Procurement Co-op. In this role, Joe worked side-by-side with Global Manufacturing and Supply project leaders in Global Capital and Engineering, Energy, Operations, and Supplier Performance and Development. Prior to BMS, Joe worked at GEM Property Management, a North Jersey property management company. At GEM, Joe managed a team of three that conducted various landscaping, construction and home improvement projects at major condominium complexes and multi-family properties.

Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Rutgers University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, playing golf, outdoor work and exercise.
