Kseniya Davydova | Assistant Project Manager

Kseniya Davydova is an Assistant Project Manager with Dixon Projects. In this role, Kseniya works with the entire design team, along with the project managers and contractors to ensure that her projects are progressing on time and on budget. She also coordinates and communicates with outside vendors to deliver exceptional results for the client.

Prior to Dixon, Kseniya worked for Thornton Tomasetti, using her engineering degree to work on bridge rehabilitations throughout NYC. Her experiences on site are what led her to pursue a path in project management.

The most important skill in this industry is to be flexible. Every day is different and every project has its own quirks. But you’re always working with a talented team of individuals that collaborate to transform a house into a home.

Kseniya received her Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the City College of NY, Honors College. Kseniya has also earned several awards, namely the ACEC Scholarship Award and the Moles Scholarship. She was also an active member of Engineers Without Borders in school, where she held the roles of Treasurer and Domestic Project Manger.

In her spare time, Kseniya enjoys exploring the city, traveling, playing guitar, and cooking with friends and family.
