Michael is a Security Supervisor with Dixon Leasing. During Mike’s tenure, he has successfully supervised a growing team (now seven individuals) working around-the-clock to ensure every home in the Dixon portfolio is secure during vacancy. That said, Mike does much more than simply overseeing the New Jersey security division. He supports the property management team by completing interior and exterior inspections looking for leaks, fires, squatters or whatever seasonal elements may cause damage to Fund properties and assists project managers with numerous tenant requests from lock-outs to minor repairs.
“No day is ever the same and change is the motion that keeps our world spinning.”
Previously, Mike was a Director of Operations for a “Top Ten” national security company where he managed more than 16,000 hours of scheduling. His experiences not only expanded on his delegation and supervision skills, but gave him a better understanding of clients’ personal security needs and the many considerations required to provide utmost satisfaction.
Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Montclair State University. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his three-year-old, Morgan, and his six-year-old, Madison, while trying to make time to play flag football with old friends. Mike also gives back to his community through volunteer football coaching—a sport he played at MSU for four years— at the local high school.
