As an Assistant Project Manager with Dixon Projects, Nicholas aids Project Managers throughout the construction process of various renovations, big and small, from start to finish.
Nicholas developed his expertise from working at the Picatinny Arsenal for the Department of Defense. Here he worked on the Close Combat Systems Project Management team, providing new updates to weapons platforms in use by soldiers in the field. At Picatinny, Nicholas learned the importance of cultivating and nourishing a great relationship with a contractor as well as the importance of clear communication.
“I’ve always thought that the key to Project Management is to get down to a personal level with everyone involved to learn what they want out of the project. That way everyone walks away from the project feeling satisfied.”
Nicholas received his Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and his Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Nicholas was also the first to win the Outstanding Chairman Award from his fraternity on three separate occasions.
As an avid sports fan in his spare time, Nicholas enjoys playing soccer and lacrosse and watching almost every live sport shown on television. He also enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants and exploring the city.
