Located in the western section of Crown Heights, this property located on Park Place was acquired by the Fund at a discounted price due to its dilapidated exterior and uninhabitable interior condition. The three level brick row house, which has 2,400 square feet of living space, presented the Dixon Projects team with a completely blank canvas to design and renovate.

Since the interior of the property had no original details remaining upon acquisition, the team decided to transform the property into a uniquely modern townhome, which now features a black brick façade and an all-white, minimalist interior design that was inspired by the work of renowned British architect John Pawson.  The single family home boasts a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom layout, with an open-concept parlor level that incorporates a modern fireplace.  The high-end designer kitchen, which conforms to the surrounding minimalist interior, features sleek white cabinetry that seamlessly blends with the accompanying white-paneled Miele appliances.  Completed in August 2014, the property was among the first completely renovated townhomes in a rapidly gentrifying section of Crown Heights, and drew local acclaim for the Dixon Projects team.
