As an Assistant Project Manager with Dixon Projects, Rachel works alongside Project Managers to ensure Dixon’s high standards of finishes are maintained and renovation expectations are exceeded. Through successfully managing time and cost constraints she is able to deliver high-quality real estate projects.
“The most rewarding part of delivering a project is restoring and preserving historic architecture while transforming a space into a home. Through solving problems, managing budget and controlling schedule throughout the renovations, I know I am able to achieve the highest quality finish.”
Rachel developed her expertise from working at Woollam Constructions in Australia as an Estimator and Building Cadet throughout her time at University. This role provided her with the budgeting, management and quality assurance skills to excel at Dixon.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Urban Development from the Queensland University of Technology with First Class Honors, majoring in Quantity Surveying and minoring in Property Development and Business. Rachel has also earned the Golden Key Scholarship Award and Dean’s List for outstanding academic performance.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys yoga, running, catching up with friends and getting out into nature.
