LEASING MANAGER (GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY)

Do you thrive on face-to-face human interaction? Are you ready to find potential tenants for stunningly renovated and upgraded homes? Are you a master of sales, negotiation, communication and time management? We’ve got just the job for you.

Dixon Leasing, the (you guessed it) leasing arm of Dixon Advisory USA, is eager and excited to invite you to join our growing team as a Leasing Manager in our New York City Financial District office. In this role, a young professional, passionate and excited about real estate, sales and customer service, will gain unbelievable experience in the middle of the United States’ hottest real estate market. As a part of the Dixon Leasing team, you’ll gain the skills, training and knowledge necessary to find amazing tenants to rent from Dixon’s large portfolio of beautiful homes. Learn more about the daily work of one of our Leasing Managers, Ingrid Firmin.

In this position, you’ll enjoy working with multiple properties, each with their own unique style and price point. Unlike most real estate companies, you’ll be responsible for several properties from day one – from chic modern townhomes to landmarked historic homes – giving you a real-world education unlike anything you’ll receive anywhere else. Virtually tour a variety of renovated homes in our premium portfolio.

We are always looking for top talent because we understand that we are only as good as our employees. We achieve success by working side-by-side, day in and day out. Dixon’s open office setup reflects our belief that all teammates have vital and valuable perspectives to share.

It’s incredibly exciting to be a part of an organization that places so much importance on cohesion and collaboration amongst its team members – a refreshing change in an industry that’s often recognized as being ‘cut throat.’ – Matt Riggi, Leasing Manager
