As Manager of Finance & Operations, Taylor is responsible for several aspects of the business including financial reporting for the Fund and the Fund’s debt facilities, valuation of the Fund’s real estate portfolio, sourcing and analyzing potential acquisitions, and managing business operations including office fit-outs, insurance and information technology.
Taylor originally joined the Dixon team as an Acquisitions Analyst, conducting due diligence and underwriting for the Fund regarding potential property acquisitions. Taylor excelled in this role, using his knowledge of the New York City real estate market to make calculated decisions on purchases and asset sales for the Fund. He still sits as a member of the investment committee today, providing valuable input on all property acquisitions.
Prior to his role at Dixon Advisory USA, Taylor held positions with UBS, Merrill Lynch, and most recently worked for Massey Knakal Realty Services, now Cushman Wakefield.
Taylor is a licensed real estate salesperson and graduated Cum Laude from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, a dual concentration in Finance & Marketing and a minor in Economics. During his time at university, Taylor played Division I soccer for the Rams, was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the honorary society for Finance & Accounting students, and volunteered time out of the classroom to tutoring local school children in the Bronx.
