BRYAN BULLETT | EVP & Head of Capital Markets

Bryan joined Dixon Advisory in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets. In this newly established role, he is responsible for identifying and securing strategic capital relationships to leverage and grow Dixon’s investment platform, with a particular focus on Dixon’s US businesses. In addition, he contributes to strategic decision-making and product development for Dixon USA and serves on its investment committee.

Bryan has extensive experience advising and raising capital for the real estate sector, having led both public and private capital markets transactions for REITs, homebuilders, financial sponsors and asset managers. Prior to joining Dixon, Bryan was a real estate investment banker, holding positions with FBR & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Bryan’s investment banking credentials include completed transactions exceeding USD$100 billion of aggregate value.

Predating his investment banking career, Bryan was an Internet technology and digital media entrepreneur who helped launch several successful startups. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
