EDEN SLAWIN | Acquisitions Analyst
Eden is an Acquisitions Analyst with Dixon Advisory. In this role, Eden identifies properties on the market in targeted areas and performs due diligence in order to evaluate their suitability for the Fund. Eden also conducts market analysis to determine property and rent values for the internal sales and projects teams.

Before joining the Dixon Advisory team, Eden developed her expertise through an internship with Perennial Properties, a multi-family and mixed-use real estate developer located in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, Eden refined her managerial and leadership skills while working for a start-up mid-century modern furniture store in Houston, Texas.
Originally from Houston, Eden received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, with a primary concentration in Finance and a secondary concentration in Real Estate. While at Emory, Eden was involved in the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, the Real Estate Club, Emory Women in Business, Greek Life and the University’s conduct council. Eden earned positions on the executive boards for several of these organizations. In addition, she spent a semester abroad in Vienna, Austria, studying at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
