Melissa is a high-energy, results-driven professional dedicated to advancing Dixon Advisory USA’s mission through hiring and developing the best possible talent. As Human Resources Manager, Melissa is actively involved in all facets of employee-employer relations, helping to facilitate a positive work environment while implementing new processes that protect Dixon Advisory employees and the company itself.

Previously an HR Generalist, Melissa has always been a “jack of all trades” and regularly assisted in strategic development, payroll, employee engagement, benefit packages, performance management and more. The skills and knowledge she gained have helped her transition into her role as Head of Human Resources.

Melissa is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) who enjoys hiking and taking in the scenic beauty of New York. When possible, she enjoys getting out of state as well and is an avid traveler.
