Priscilla has spent over 13 years in Residential Real Estate Management in the New York metropolitan area. Priscilla is currently leading the team of eight property professionals who are responsible for all aspects of leasing and property management. She has extensive experience in all the major property types including high-rise apartments, town homes and freestanding houses.

Previously, she was responsible for managing 1,500 unit apartment building complex in Queens, New York with over 55 staff. Over the years, Priscilla has been instrumental in the process of implementing methods that have proved to work on large apartment buildings to the individual residential housing market. This is crucial to achieving the Fund’s long-term property management goals.
