JOSH CARNEY

Director, Leasing

As Director of Leasing, Josh brings more than 10 years of New York City Real Estate experience to the Fund. While his primarily responsibilities revolve around leasing and marketing, Josh regularly lends his extensive expertise to Fund acquisitions, design optimization, best-use analysis, and client relationship development helping to maximize returns for investors and minimize vacancies.

Over the past 15 years, Josh has accumulated global experience in real estate rentals, sales, and new development in both residential and commercial capacities. With over $500M and hundreds of transactions in the USA, UK, Australia, and Brazil, he has worked in all facets of the real estate process across properties in both the private and public realms. Josh is an avid real estate investor and loves developing his understanding of the real estate market. Driven to create “win/win” relationships, Josh finds great satisfaction in identifying what is most important to prospective tenants and pairing them with the perfect Dixon home.

Josh has a Masters in Real Estate (Finance and Investment) from New York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Wollongong.
