KIRK P. MITCHELL

Director of Architecture & Design

As Director of Architecture and Design, Kirk is responsible for the design of the Fund’s properties that require interior and exterior alterations while overseeing the coordination of consultant Architects, Engineers, Expeditors and Contractors. Kirk manages a talented staff of draftsmen, interior designers and a code & permit manager.

Kirk has over twelve years of architectural design and project management experience with the primary focus on the redevelopment and design of residential properties, predominantly in the Historic Downtown area of Jersey City and Hoboken, NJ. Kirk has a Bachelor of Architecture with Howard University, Washington DC as well as a MSA in Computational Design & Building Diagnostics with Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh PA.
