As the Director of Leasing, Laura is responsible for the management of the leasing process to improve efficiencies leading to minimized vacancy and maximized returns for the Fund. Laura ensures Dixon Advisory remains an industry leader and believes that every interaction with a potential tenant, whether it be online or face-to-face, is vital to the success of the business.

Laura has been with Dixon Advisory Australia since 2011, where she was the Head of the Property Team and specialized in creating strategic financial plans that allowed individuals and families to secure their future through property investment. Her role involved detailed financial analysis and understanding of the property market which she then personally applied to help her clients locate and purchase suitable homes and investment properties. Beyond finding the best assets, Laura’s analysis also focused on arranging the most tax effective way to invest and securing appropriate debt facilities to maximize returns for her clients.

Laura is a licensed Realtor in Australia and the US and has a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Finance and Economics, from Sydney University. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, Australia.
