We are an Australian-based investment firm that found our New York home in 2011. We love the US and our three main businesses here are Dixon USA (property acquisition & management); Dixon Leasing (leasing & client services); and Dixon Projects (residential construction & development). We have assets exceeding $540 million and are actively committed to expanding our portfolio of luxury rentals. Since coming stateside, we have grown to employ a skilled team of real estate, construction, and finance experts at the forefront of the real estate industry.
This growing, talented team of professionals manages the Fund and its properties by focusing not just on producing robust returns for investors, but on creating premium living spaces and providing exceptional service to all tenants that join the Dixon family.
